Kiwi Stream provides access to legally licensed IPTV streaming content. We exclusively distribute content obtained through authorized licensing agreements with legitimate broadcasters and content owners.
Our Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to access, stream, or distribute any content that you are not authorized to receive.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Each subscription allows usage on a limited number of devices as specified in your plan.
All content available through our Service is protected by copyright law. You may not record, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content accessed through our Service.
We strive for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi Stream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kiwi Stream operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
